08 Pitbull owners Big Radius 2 into 1?

Will this pipe work with the passenger peg setup(2 into 1)? I am looking for a bass pipe, not loud plus I understand that there are performance gains going this direction. Or there another 2 into 1 out there I like the Doug Keim MMF, but the money there asking is a little more than I want to spend.

Hey Zipsman,
While you will need to make a special mounting bracket (V&H doesn't make the 2into1 for the Pitbull, so you need to modify) it doesn't look as if it will hinder you mounting passenger pegs. I haven't mounted pass pegs on mine as riding a hard-tail can't be very comfortable and I've got a BMW for when I ride 2-up or tour.

The peg will no doubt be close to the pipe, and you may end up with some melted heal on the pipe, but it may work.

Oh, and "BikersDream" (aka: Steve) mounted the same pipe on his Pitbull - don't know if he has passenger pegs, but you might ask him directly.

On my 08 K-9 the 2 into 1 had to have two small extention like brackets to bring the passenger pegs up a little higher or thsy could not go down (pipe side) its about and inch or less to low (the peg). The part comes with the pipes its part of the "kit" comes in the same box. I don't know about your "dog"

These 2 into 1s from Street Walker look pretty bad ass, but I couldn't tell you how they mount or perform. Might be worth a look.
