ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS?

I want to make me some new handelbars using my stock grips & controls but all my cables and wire or going to be short.I have a 04 ridgeback I know I can get longer cables but the wiring is my trouble.

Extend the wires. Cut the wire inside the bar area, add the distance you need. Heat shrink the wires! Problem solved!

Extending wires is the easiest way. Cut them and solder in whatever extension you need. Offset your cuts so when you pull them through the bars the splices aren't all in the same place, making a bulge in the harness.

I put Ridgeback bars on my Chopper years ago and was able to pull enough slack out of the wiring harness to make it work but it is tight.

Don't forget that you will depending on how much you move them need a new brake hose and maybe a clutch cable. My brake hose is very tight when I put my bike on the lift as the front end extends. My clutch cable is ok but...... Throttle cables are pretty long so depending on your configuration with the new bars you may or may not need longer throttle cables.
