07 K-9 Gas tank Removal

Gas Tank Removal on 07 K-9 Has anybody Taken off one of these they have the 2 front bolt then there isn't anything on the Rear does it just slide forward and pops off?

I have had mine off a couple of times.....yep after you take out the 2 bolts under the tank....pull tank towards the rear of the bike to take off...and push towards the front of the bike to put back on....I would put a towel or something around the front of the tank so you don't accidently scratch it:up:

I’m trying to remove mine, I did everything you said, but there is a metal crossover which I don’t know how to remove
