Ok they just called me and told me what she ran so I won't have all the specifics until tomorrow when I pick it up and get my sheet and I will scan it and post it. Not bad for what I have: 106hp 109tq.........and it was done in 5th gear. :2thumbs:

I will have all the specifics tomorrow but I did ask them what he did and he said he rejetted it:

Original: I=33 M=82 Airbleed Valve: 040
Present: I=33 M=88 Airbleed Valve: 054

Timing the same: Setting 3 Thunderheart (30) degrees

No it's a 88 main cuz I had a 82 in there before it went down to get Dyno'ed and he said it was starving for fuel. This explains why it stumbled on me in high rpms. :2thumbs:

Another round please
I am not going to question if your bike is starving for fuel or not but I will say you have got something going on to have to run those size jets. You are over compensating for some other issue that you have got going on. We have a ton of members here with no engine mods up to some with some pretty extensive mods and all have the 117 just like you and I don't think there is anyone else running over a 80 main jet, just saying.
Totally agree. His gas mileage must be shitty too.

interesting that they changed the air bleed too - is that a common thing to do for a dyno run?

This type of tuning on a dyno is not unusual. If the operator of the dyno is truly a engine builder, and knows what, when and how to give a motor what it truly wants and needs, then this kind of stuff is what you see!

Spread out the mid range, allows the motor to "somewhat" lean down a little and clean things up slightly within the cylinders in the middle to "lower" upper end of the mid-range stage.
Then when the main comes in, it comes in with "A LOT" of torque due to the added fuel.
Plus, it'll pull like a bitch to finish out the midrange RPMs and start into the main stage!
And with the timing set at 30, the HP takes over and pulls it out the back door with big HP!
This is been done by drag racers for years!

I say "GOOD JOB CHOPPER117"! :2thumbs:

ENJOY!
