Well you did stay with BDM. As for the Pitbull I don't have a clue. Apples to oranges kind of thing. But I do have a 2004 Chopper RT 117" that I absolutely love, owned since new. I always end up looking at the new K-9's or the Ridgebacks when I go to my dealer but I can't stand the thought of giving my 04' up. Probably keep it and get a, dare I say, Ultra Classic. So with that being said you should be happy with it. Good luck.

I guess it's how strong your back is ... I got an 05 Ridgeback ... I just like the way it looks compared to the chopper ... in 06 I test rode the K-9 but it just didn't feel right. Now that's just me ... There are times when I wish there was more suspension. I need to go test ride the K-9 again I think ...

Thanks for the comments. Im going to get some airbrush work done on it. Since it has the flag already on it I'm thinking of doing some kindof thanks to the troops. Even though I'm partial to the Corp I'm needing some ideas to put on it. Maybe a POWMIA flag on one side of the oil tank. Maybe a saying on the rear fender like Give thanks where it do, or some gave all. Any ideas????? Maybe a picture of Iwo Jima on the tank? What do ya think.

As far as the switch, I like the softail design myself, along with the tall and long choppers/K-9's.
Either way, if it makes you happy, you made the right decision to me. :up:

i am a fan of the chopper beins as though i personally own one...but to each his own......i alllways thought the choppers were for us littler guys and the k9s were for taller guys but boy was i wrong......i like the patriotic paint scheme....
