No, you can't link to your computer. You can only link to the internet. That's why BorgerBigDog said to use Photobucket. If you open a Photobucket account, you can use them to host your photos and then you can link them on here from there.

Hey LDO, I haven't figured out how to do that yet - make a gallery. Could someone break it down for me? I tried a few times, and was unsuccessful. I just thought it was my computer acting funny. Maybe I wasn't doing it right. Thanks

Very easy.
- See the top navigation bar on the BDB home page where it says Gallery?
Click on that.
- On the far right hand side of the window that opens up see where it says Upload photos?
Click on that.
- Click on browse to look for where the pic is on your harddrive, select it and move on.
- Read the boxes that are on the screen and follow the instructions or select certain options.
- When you are done, click on upload/submit and the pictures will be sent to a holding que for approval by an admin/mod.
It shouldn't take very long before they're approved and sitting in your gallery. Then follow the additional instructions in the link that Chopper Dave posted so you can insert pics from your gallery into your posts and you are good to go!:2thumbs:
