are the right and left footpegs different?

A few months ago I sold some crap on ebay. Today I get an email from a guy I sent a set of footpegs to, claiming I sent him 2 left pegs. I went down and looked at the 2005 and the pegs are the same. What's this guy doing wrong? Maybe the recievers are loose and rotated?

The stock ones have left and right due to the flat side... looky

If they were the stockers like I posted I think they are. Also why the stockers have the set pin on them as well.

RH Peg - 160-000007-02
LH Peg - 160-000006-02

You use the same pegs for passenger setup (stock). Chrome ones come in a set of two.

The pegs male part are stamped with a "R" and "L". Everything else should be the same.

sure, but then the pedal will rock up when you put your foot on it. Sort of like the rear pegs fold.
