Which Clutch

There are many clutches out there for various kinds of riders. If you had your choice of clutch and money wasn't the issue, which one would it be and why? Or, if you could compare clutches in the basic similar price range, which is the best value for the money and why?

The Bandit Clutch is one of the best out there and it is designed for the Big Dog bikes. Soft pull on the lever and designed for race applications. It is built far beyond what the Baker factory baker drive train can hold up to.

I agree with the bandit bruiser clutch assembly. I replaced my 05 stock clutch and carrier and have about 1000 miles on it. Performs great and spring pressure is adjustable with application of shims in the spring cups.

These guys are dead-on the money. I have 120hp 130tq and the Bandit held with no issues on the dyno. Make sure you purchase the billet aluminum hub when you buy the clutch. It's god damn bullet proof. Depending on the year of your bike, i think if it's a 2006 or older you need to put a small spacer on the mainsahft before you install the clutch to eliminate the clutch assembly rubbing on the inner primary cover. It's not Bandit's fault, even the stock ones do it. You can buy the spacer from a BD dealer.
