Kuryakyn peg offsets

Got my new pipes on the other night and I had to remove the passenger peg due to it being in the way that the pipes curved. I was told by the pipe builder that I may have to buy the adapters to lift the pegs up a little. What I want to know is if these will fit my stock '03 Mastiff passenger pegs?

Can you just simple turn or flip the peg mount? Some of the bikes you can do this or even swap left for right to get a slightly different angle to the peg.

Ok... good to know. I just hate the idea of all the adapters and crap. Could use a set of newer bdm clevis and peg.
