One of my pulley bolts is loose, and I'm trying to remove the rear wheel. How does the axle come out? (I see the "end" but do not know how to "pull" tis out..or drive out from the other side?
Thanks, Mark
Mark, first you need to pull the two plugs out of the adjusters then loosen the adjusters to give slack. One of my pulley bolts is loose, and I'm trying to remove the rear wheel. How does the axle come out? (I see the "end" but do not know how to "pull" tis out..or drive out from the other side?

On the 2007 Bulldog the nut is only on the brake rotor side. The axle head on the other side is oblong to fit in the slot so the axle has to come out on the belt pulley side.Mark, first you need to pull the two plugs out of the adjusters then loosen the adjusters to give slack.
Remove the axle plates and remove the two bolts (Axle has a bolt on each end) then push it out either way. Keep all the parts together paying particular attention to the spacers on the brake side. I like to put then back on the axle in the proper order for safe keeping.
Be careful removing the wheel and don't let the brake caliper mar it up.
Contact Nelson (WB Cycles) who is one of our sponsors and order a service manual. It will have the procedure for you along with torque values.
