Oil cooler chrome?

Anyone ever chrome their oil cooler? Also what about powder coating the coolers to match the engine?
Would this effect the heat exchanger performance?

You would definitely loose some of the "radiator effect" with any type of coating. Whether or not its significant is up in the air. (imoho)

I think it would loose some of the funtionality. Just keep the billet one polished.
