Trailer Question

I have a big enclosed trailer but I'm looking to buy a small trailer for just one bike and I was curious if a k9 would fit in a 10' enclosed trailer without any issues, my bike is in the shop right now so I cant measure the overall length to the rear fender, I was thinking about a 6'-10' or a 6'-12' but I'm wanting small and light weight.

if it is a v-nose, a 10' would probably do you but there wouldn't be a lot of room to move around in a 6' wide. also, think about whether or not you want to go with a single or tandem axle. always good to have an extra axle in case of a blow-out. hate to see the trailer and bike go flipping down the highway.

Would go with a 6 X 12 minimum, and also agree about the dual axles, especially if you are looking to tow it any distance. 10' foot may do it, but does leave allot of room and it is nice to be able to have room for a good chocking systems as well as better angles for the tie downs.

Allows you to put two bikes in also, but tight due to width.

Just make sure what you get, that the tow vehicle is properly sized and set up for the towing.

Hey Thump,
My enclosed trailer is 6X12 standard front and my K-9 fits in fine with an air compressor right in front of it so I imagine it would fit in a 6X10 but it would be real close.
