Ride each day if it is not raining when it is time to leave....If I get wet on the way home it is still better than riding in my cage. About 10 miles each way.
If the speedometer wasn't fogged up I would think something is wrong...

64 miles round trip. Like to stay dry in the morning. Could care less on the way home. Lots of rain here in new york this year. Ride on average 3 times a week.

Well when actually in the office ride pretty much everyday, and it seems everyday I ride I am drying and clean the bike that afternoon, damn popcorn showers. Hate taking my truck due to its wonderful 10-12 MPG in the city but great when you need to tow or pack lots of stuff.

Yeah, I ride to work almost all the time....

I'm lucky, I guess. I have sort of a white collar job, I write software for a living but, I sport all my facial hair and I shave less than once a week and, I wear levis and torn up t-shirts..... the rolling joke with my co-workers is, "are you wearing a beer t-shirt or bike t-shirt today?"

I even wear my colors... but, I sort of have to hide some of the patches once I get there.

The funny thing is that I'm kind of like the guy that gets to do what he wants to because I automate all the processes for my group.

The last time a vendor came to take us to lunch.... This guy was kind of looking at me like, "what the fuck is THAT guy doing here???"

He goes, "SO, what do YOU do for the group?".

I look at him in a cool way and tell him.... I'm the guy that scales the software to match OUR needs because YOUR software doesn't work for us.

Of course, I was the punk rocker in high school always "nerding".... that's what I used to call it. I guess I made nerd into a verb... LOL

Totally OCD.... etc.

I guess I still am...

LOL... I'm such a prick sometimes.

I ride 54 miles round trip and ride 4 times a week. When its really hot I leave early for work and work late to avoid traffice. When the weather is nice I'll leave for rides on my lunch.

I Don't Ride To Work!!!

I don't ride to work. I'M RETIRED. In fact, I try not to do anything productive before 10 AM. I ride whenever the urge strikes and I love it!!

I used to ride to work when i had a 14 mile commute. But now my job is 2.5 miles from home and its just easier to jump in the truck and i'm there in less than 5 minutes. Plus i hate to see the Dog sit out in the 107 degree heat with the sun beating down on it in this Vegas weather.
But i do like to come home and get a ride in after work. :flag:
