Any idea what big dog these pipes fit???

You don't want those, those are the stock epa pipes that all the new big dogs come with. Plus they wont fit your bike they are for the new right side drive models

So the pipes I have now do they have any kind of baffles in them???

Yes the 2 into 1 pipe you have now does have a baffle in it. But its a better pipe than then the one your looking at. You have to decide what you want when purchasing a pipe sound,looks,performance ? You will always have to make some sacrifice in one of these areas. I run an R&B Racing 2 into 1 prostock header on my bike its a great performer, but not so hot in the looks department, and its nice and loud which I like. So I was able to accomplish 2 of 3 areas with mine.

Can I go in and drill out my baffles?? I really do like this pipe. My buddy has a k-9 with the short exhaust they all run and it doesnt sound nearly as good as mine. And I know with that short exhaust he has to be loosing torque?!?!?

Yeah go ahead and experiment you can't hurt it. Plus you can always replace the baffle if it doesn't work. Try pulling the baffle out first and you can also cut it to shorten the length.
