Looking for an exhaust to go on a 2005 Ridgeback. All would be considered,want something LOUD. I cant handle the stockers with the baffles knocked out any longer.I am lookin to spend between $400-$600 if possible.Let me know what you got.Thanks:cheers:

Dude, if you are gonna spend 400-600 get on ebay and just be a little patient. I got some brand new Martin Bros pipes for less than 200.00 buck on ebay. They were the floor display and didn't have a scratch on them....took me about 2 weeks of lookin everyday tilll I got them

I've been lookin on ebay quite a bit, usually all I can find is big radius and mean mothers... Both good looking exhaust systems but alot of people have them..

Think I've got a deal with stlmikie, those pipes should mount up on my ridgeback with no trouble? Also I guess I'm gonna need some jets for the carb.I still havent done the restrictor plate mod,but I plan to do it along with installing the exhaust.Anybody have a part number or now a good place to order the jets from and around what sizes would put me close? I guess I'll need new exhaust gaskets as well? Thanks..

Not sure if his pipes will work, 03's come with a left side drive set up and yours is a right side drive....might need a little more space?


When you are looking on ebay are you only searching for pipes that fit a Big Dog?? Just about any right side drive will fit. There are plenty of Martin Bros posted on ebay that should be coming up in your pr range.

Yes I was only typing in big dog exhausts on the search.

Just looking at the pics above it doesnt look like they will fit..About my luck lol

not sure how those pipes are mounted but looks like as long as they clear your tranny you'll be good. Just call or email the company that makes them and ask if they will fit a RSD.

If you want to look at ebay, go the exhaust, type in your price range and search for right side drives or RSD, you'll get some nice choices.

Hey stlmikie,

Do you know the manufacturer and name of those pipes? I like em and will buy em if they will fit.I just want to be sure.Just looking at those pics LSD vs RSD it look likr they would hit the front sproket cover, or even if it would clear that they would be blowin the heat straight to the tranny.Thats just lookin at the pics tho..

I just put chrome boas on my 08 Mutt they look and sound awesome and not many people have them. I got them at Granduer cycles in NC. I orered them and they were at my door in two days exact. Had to make a bracket for RSD, but they look and sound awesome.
