I had to take another look there when you said set screws. I just assumed they used rivets.

It does make sense on the set screws when you give it some thought. Otherwise the rivet would have come through the outer layer of the teflon.

Post some pictures when you all get these, good to see SuperMax is still around and turning these around.
Hey Eric,
FYI: Phil Ross passed away several years ago, but his wife Vyvyan is keeping things going. Vyvyan has a machine shop in CA. doing the work for her and you have to send the pully to them. Mine went out last Friday so I'll add some pictures when I get it back.
The plan is the secret formula will be sold to said shop when she decides to retire, and they will keep things going.

Thanks for the heads up Pat!

Well it's time. Even though, I have the updated version of the Mad Clown rear pulley, w/teflon coating, I guess it's all wore off. Time to fix the squeaky belt.
Called Super Max today, and talked to Viv. I've heard a lot of good things about Super Max pulley over lays, so I'm going to send mine off.

I have one on my 07 the pulley has about. 40,000 miles on it and looks like new
