Our key to locks....lol

If that doesn't work a harbor freight grinder works just fine.
The contractor that did my detached garage forgot the keys one day. So he ran out and bought one of those. His lock broke it. He was mad that he forgot the keys and just broke the tool that he didn't want to buy plus had three workers standing there. I said I can get it open. He laughed. I got the cheap HF grinder and had the lock off in one minute. The grinder was half the price of his broken bolt cutter and can come in handy for lots of jobs.

Thanks guys. never had a issue before PCB or other places. just assumed Locked trailer to locked truck and the bike woul dbe fine. Will think about it ha.
You could park a locked trailer hooked to a locked truck anywhere, OR, you can leave the truck and trailer unlocked and it will be totally safe and secure parked at Dave's with the rest of us that trailer in. And your bike will be safe and protected in the work shop with everybody else's rides. Your choice, but I hope to see you there.

I think it’s unanimous that this would be the last place on earth any one would mess with, well anyrhing at all.. come on up mittens and get introduced to everyone. I’ll be n Pcb the week after this event to tidy up joes memorial as I haven’t been down there in a bit so gotta put eyes on it.. the police dept sends me pics and watches it but I need to go . Going to look up old member Rudawg and 1pussk9 as well. We used to have a very large presence in Pcb. Military escorted rides and all.

I am keeping that date open, sometimes a little road trip, and some beer with some new people is good for us all. I know this forum was SUPER helpfull when I got my dog years back and nothing but great since. And having met Mike, would be worthy weekend to stretch some legs. I have zero doubt the farm would be safe. but have to get back and forth to hotel somehow haha. Chopper is always fun ha.

Well
Simple. Drop the trailer @ the farm. Leave the bike in the Dog House with all the others and drive the truck back to the hotel.
That's my plan, and yes I plan on being there. Not sure if I'll bring both bikes or just one? I already have Friday thru Tuesday off but taking Wednesday and Thursday off too. So I'll either arrive Wednesday evening or early Thursday morning. Looking for a hotel around the farm but preferably not next to an airport. Unless really recommended. Can't wait to meet you all and see some of you again.

The one I recommended is where lots others have stayed and it’s far enough from airport it should not be problematic. Also easy run in to farm ,no lights or stop signs . All others will be a lot farther and congested . The only other direction I personally would go would be toward Siloam springs ark Which is west And a lot farther.

Dave, I would be honored and pleased to attend. And thank you for doing this as Linda and I will be there this year.
Just a little story here. I miss hearing from Mike as he and I would chat about every 2-3 weeks and 2-3 times a day when we traveled to and from the farm. Last year was the most challenging trip for us both with the rains and hurricanes. There were time he would call just to see how far I got and in response where are you now I would ask. As usual, Mike seem to behaving issues with his bike and said he was hunkered down in a motel until things were either working or the weather was a bit better to ride. I remember meeting Mike the first time I rode from Massachusetts to the farm as I stole his thunder of the farthest distance/miles ridden to the gathering. He would always call me to find out when I was leaving for the gathering and wanted to know if we could connect up in PA or NY so he could get the miles up and restore that honor back. I always mentioned that I was stopping here and there to see friends and family along the way and not sure of my plans other then being in Arkansas on Wednesday before the gathering.
Man, do I miss his phone calls RIP Jersey Big Mike.

Mike never got to Sturgis so we brought a small part to leave here n the black hills . we didn’t really have a plan but today it all worked out perfectly. Even tho the main memorial is next month I thought it fitting to share the black hills . This tunnel that has mt Rushmore framed will forever be known as mikes mountain. If he could have climbed that mountain he would have sat all day on that rock and just watched the bikes and the beautiful country . IMG_0280.jpegIMG_0281.jpegIMG_0275.jpeg
