Big problem

Energy One

Hi Big Doggers,
Back in September, my bike was partially submerged in a flood — about halfway underwater for roughly 3 hours.
I’ve cleaned everything thoroughly, all lights and electronics are working, starter cranks, but the engine just won’t fire.
I’m trying to figure out what should or shouldn’t be lit up on the ignition module and the EHC.
If anyone could describe or post a photo of the correct LED indicators for both modules, I’d be super grateful.
Also, if parts need replacing, where should I start troubleshooting?
Thanks a lot

If the starter cranks (lights and Speedo work) then your EHC is likely fine. Your ignition may be needing some attention (cam or crank position sensors go bad so might have got some water in there, both low on the bike). You can pull a plug (touch it/ground it to the jug) and crank it and see if it’s got spark. Let us know what you are seeing.
If it’s got spark then we move onto a fueling issue. We will need to know what year and if carb or EFI to diagnose further.

When I press "RUN", the red light on the EHC and on the ignition module lights up too. But nothing more. I know it used to flash like a disco, but only after starting
