Hello everyone , i just bought a BDM 2008 year and got question about rear tyre size , in web i see 300/35-18 fit , and another i see about 250... So what should i buy and put ?

300/35-18 on a 2008. However your bike is a left side drive… are you sure it’s a 2008? The mastiff was last made with the LSD transmission in 2006. Specs say 300 on the rear either way LSD or RSD. Go with the 300.

In documents what i got this is year 2008, but right now there is 250 tire on rear

I looked at your picture and it looks like a 250. But the specs say 300 rear.. for 2005 and newer. Here’s the simple truth of the matter. If you have a 250 on the bike now. That’s what you need to buy. A 300 will NOT fit on a 250 swingarm/ rearend.

Oh yeah this model is earlier, not 2008 , 2008 he is register in estonia only , so yes rear is max 250 , thanks all
So it seems that in 2005 the BigDog Mastiff was built with a 250 rear tire. In 2006 they did major changes to the mastiff one of which was upgrading to the 300 rear. Again if you have a 250 on the bike currently that’s what you need to order. The good news is… they are a hell of a lot cheaper than a 300.

Yes this bike is 2004 , and like i see on web to change gasket on primary i can buy gasket kit for softail hd till 99-2004 year and it fit well ?
They are not all the same. Make sure you check the bolt pattern very carefully.

Anybody got manual for earlier big dog mastiff 2004? Im trying to search it but nothing....
In the top right corner. Hit the search engine. Search Dropbox’04 mastiff. Should pull up old threads. HMAN has a link there. Open the Dropbox and you will find all the manuals there.
