Troubleshoot: help.!

HELP.! 2000 Bulldog with 107 .... new batt, new starter, new starter clutch...... spark, fuel, and air. Will turn over but not catch..... pulled the plugs.. kicks over no issues... plugs back in.... same deal. I'm stumped.

Yeah spark, fuel and air is all you should need. It has to be the right amount and at the correct time.
Are both plugs sparking at the same time? If not could you have switch them?

If you show comp over 150 psi, have spark, then you have spark at the other plug being a single coil. Only thing left is fuel? Bike sat for awhile without draining the carb? Assuming a carb. If FI, then what is the fuel pressure?

Are you hearing any detonation of the gas, like tries to start but never gets enough to stay running?
Have you checked the compression releases to ensure they aren't stuck OPEN?
Checked for any intake leaks?
