Mastiff questions

So I worked on a buddy's Pro street style bike. Similar looking to a Mastiff. Softail, Raked neck, shorter Forks.

BUT it FLOPPED hard. Once riding was fine, but as you where parking it or moving in garage Bars/wheel just slammed one way or the other. The way I undertand it, the trail is way off?. But been looking at picking up second bike, and Mastiff is close to that, and not like my chopper but can find with same drive train, and stuff. SO.

So mastiffs have the flop? or they more normal? My 2004 chopper does not do that...

Is the rake in the trees, or in the steering head of the frame?

Sounds like the neck bearings are loose or shoot...most likely just needs the fall away tightened up

I agree with Knothead, check the bearings. But you will find that the Mastiff has a heavy feel to the steering at low speed too.
