Have an 06 Chopper is there any other option for a tranny for this bike other than a Baker?
Nope. See post above by JimizeeHave an 06 Chopper is there any other option for a tranny for this bike other than a Baker?
Welder, torch and a hammer anything is possible but why?Have an 06 Chopper is there any other option for a tranny for this bike other than a Baker?
i would think there are some on here that would tend to disagree with some of your above statement. :argue::argue:Call Mark at R&D Motorsports in Clearwater FL. He has developed, engineered the true fix for the Baker tranny problems. He knows a hell of a lot more about how to fix Baker tranny problems than even the techs at Baker...who are no help at all.
I agree with you as its hard to beet a desighneri would think there are some on here that would tend to disagree with some of your above statement. :argue::argue:
Yes! See my other post to his statement... http://www.bigdogbiker.com/forums/transmission-drive/46069-out-gear-while-3rd.htmli would think there are some on here that would tend to disagree with some of your above statement. :argue::argue:
Hey!! What did I ever do to you?!! Now Curtis, you can tell this guy how freakishly huge you are ( like 7'12" ) and using a 124" S&S, have you had any gears fail in your transmission?Andrew definitely knows about trannies......:roll::roll:
Hahaha!!I took an oxycoten tonight and I'm drinking So I'm not responsible for anything I say......
Like I just said in them other thread
I run a 124 putting out 130hp and I ride her pretty hard, not to mention I weigh 300, and my Baker trans is still running strong.
And when it does go down it won't go to some guy in Florida. It will go to Andrew in New York.
The Baker DSSC is the only trans that will work in the 2005 and newer Big Dogs.
By the way I'm a Baker dealer now so if you need a new trans I can get them for you....
