The #10 bar generally does NOT get replaced. If the bar is bad, you prolly have some major tank damage. Its just not a "usual"...

I would guess it stands the kickstand up straighter vs the longer kickstand?

It's so you can either stand the bike more upright or lean it more to the left depending on how you want it to look when parked.

Its doesn't replace the bar...they are models that have the covers...all you needed was the insulators not the full kit for various models
