Look close @ the pully teeth. Towards the inside you can see the wear from the belt being offset. Looks awful sharp to me. Im getting...

I would double check the wheel spacers for their positions. There could be that much offset if they are on the wrong sides of the...

Looks to me like it got torn up from the outside not the inside…. never seen anything like it.

Spacers with lip goes towards bearing. Thinner spacer between caliper bracket n frame.
