Not likely the cause. Take the ohm reading and make sure the pins are not backed out.

I guess it would be smarter to check for continuity between the ends of that circuit before fighting all the loops and tangles tracing...

First move should be an ohm reading before you spend time trying to visually find a break in the wire. Plenty of time to find the break...

Thanks....tracing the green wire back will be my first move! The connecters look pretty grubby....may just need a good cleaning.
