Found the Pic It may be hard to see but where the green wire comes in the solder sometimes cracks.

Unless I'm misunderstanding something, if you are getting 12.67 on the green wire (which goes to the solenoid) you should be activating...

Sounds like a problem with the solenoid. Some times the wires break off under the cover.

The click sound you hear when pressing the start button are the compression releases. That is a good sign.

His bike was a 2000 it has a starter relay. Your bike is a 2005 with a EHC green wire to the starter comes from the EHC
