I have an 05 Pitbull I put the Vance and Hines big radius 2into2 on. I had to buy PN 26025 that fits '05 and up Bigdogs except the pitbull.
Same pipes just a different bracket. I made my own bracket based on the obsolete installation instructions for an '05 Pitbull (PN 26021) which I have attached a link.
It took me a couple hours and a few beers but it works. See figure1 in instructions in the attached link. I cut off the square part of the bracket that bolts to the pipes and welded it to a pc of 1/8" x3" bar I bought at Lowes. I bent the bar to the correct offset, trimmed, drilled and powdercoated it.
A little work, but just like you, I could not find pipes for my bike.

Try Dennis Kirk (Link below), I think this will work? They show one left. I would call first to confirm that this is for the 117 S&S. It sure looks like it's the right pipe. Still would have to manufacture a bracket as discussed earlier.

That's Great!
No prob with passenger peg, they are well clear of that. To put the bends to offset the bracket you are going to make, you will need to heat it cherry red. I also bolted everything together and placed a welders clamp as well as make the location to weld, then removed and welded. Hope this helps?

thanks man...you have been a big help...it already had an exhaust similar to short shots on it...I tore the carb down and it still have the 068 main jet in it so I was shocked...I'm going with the 072 main and 031 intermediate cause I have no other mods..sound right?
