they are off a 2004 , i guess i need to confirm the 2004 are same as 2005-07, from what i have read ive been looking for 2005-2007 ridgeback bars for my 2005 chopper.

I am sure that somebody out there with a Ridgeback would love to trade you even up for your Chopper bars for a bit more stretch. I love the Chopper bars on my Ridgeback!!!!

Easy swap, I did mine years ago. Just be careful of your front brake line. If you lift the bike it stretchs it pretty taught. I need to extend mine. You may have to pull the tank and stretch out the wiring a bit for some more slack.
Also, when you pull the wires out of the bars attach a string to them and use it to pull the wire through the new bars.
