Sure, there is now difference to my knowledge and it will still come with the 2 yr warranty.

And to help defer the cost, I would trade in my HD and Buell that never get rode because I love and trust my Big dog so much more.

Price would depend of level of paint, extras and how bad dealer wants to move it. What are they offering it to you for? I did a ton of research before i bought my 08 in Aug of 09
