They have the prototype and it has been ridden and they said it performs and handles like the original. The kit has been made so that in the future if a new tire is produced the bike can be put back to stock. they are in the final stages of making the rear wheel. Yesit does take away that beautiful left side brakeless veiw but at least you will be able to ride the Wolf.

Why did the rotor have to move?
Probably because they couldn't mount the rotor to the frame and needed to use the hub like the front rim. Cause of the spacing issues and belt.

Well also and being able to go back to the old setup without having any big mods.

Has anyone had any this done yet...I ride all over the country and just bought a wolf. Not knowing the tire issue. So as Manny tires as I go through..I need this.

What's the total cost.

Is this fix still available? I am going to be needing a new tire for the old setup soon and obviously cannot purchase one.

I love my Wolf and would like to know the cost for the kit.

Interesting, this post is old. This version in the pictures was the first attempt, it never was produced. Derek didn't like it as he was dead set on keeping it stock with the rotor/pulley on the same side. Anyways, long story short it's now back on the same side. You actually use the same hubs you already have so you don't need anything different other than the center wheel and a pulley spacer. Helps to keep the cost of the conversion down for the buyer.

Go check out this post which has some more information and a very recent photo of it installed on a customer's bike.
