Wire-Plus??

Think I narrowed my bike problem down to the EHC. I know that surprises a lot of you...but really...I don't think they work right. :lol::lol::lol:

Does Wire-Plus make a replacement for an 03'? I noticed on their website it only listed for 04' and up. How easy is it to install?
