Wire Plus To EHC

OK we all know some of us at that time had to go with the wire plus because of no other options. Is there some kit that lets you use the existing wiring and plug connectors to connect to a EHC, now that they are available again?

Not that I know of. The WP kit required you to hack the crap out of your harness and change the key over to a different style that most people that did it, need a new harness. That is really the driver of the cost if having to re-run a new backbone harness. But the good thing is today you have 3/4 real options. The BDM RIP (get the full harness version), get a new factory harness from Donna/Eric and then get an Axel's EHC, or get a DOC. The last option is get the Thunderheart parts and do it yourself. There are other options if you want to go HD controls but I like the look of the BDM controls so I am keeping them. BTW you still will need to get an original key tumbler.

You just need a new backbone harness. Many of the kits RIP, ESC come with it.

I know. I'm just trying to avoid installing a new harness on my Bagger (when that time comes) Doesn't sound like fun pulling the gas tank. On my Mastiff, it had a RIP kit. To replace that and go back to Axle's EHC all I needed was the power harness. Alot less involved installing that.
