Winter storage bags

Just wondering if anyone uses a storage bag for their dogs in the winter months to keep condensation off the bike while it sits in their storage container, shed, box etc... Looking for suggestions to store my K9 so it will stay moisture free while it sits during the winter months.

"K9Anniv" puts his in a bag. think he likes it alot.

only thing is, it takes up more space then the bike and it has to be plugged in and running all winter.

Layout a plastic tarp on the floor. Park your bike on top and cover it with either a bike cover or bed sheets. Tarp will keep moisture from the floor off the bike. Don't wrap it in plastic. Air needs to circulate around the bike and the covers need to allow air to escape. If not it will rust over the winter.

Yes, yes, yes and yes to the above post by woodbutcher!

Love it, and get to see my bike this way which "lifts my spirits" when there's 3ft of snow just outside the garage! :2thumbs:

Here's a pic I took last weekend when I tucked it away for the next 3-4 months..and one from a couple years ago when my son stored his Triumph in my garage next to it.

I plug-in a 'golden rod' and place it under the engine to keep moisture away - helps keep temp inside bubble up, too. I have a small oil (radiator) heater in the garage near the intake fan as well.

One of the best investments I ever made! :2thumbs::cheers:
