will Kuryukyn pegs

I'm thinking about getting some Kuryukyn switchback pegs for my Ridgeback. Does anyone know if these will bolt on?

They will but you will need their adapter they make specifically for the BD.

Better check the Kuryakyn site. The list of pegs you can use with the adapters is limited. I talked to a tech from Kuryakyn who said the splines that fit the Big Dog adapters is different from the standard splines. I was trying to get a set of Swing-Wings for the wench, and they weren't adaptable.

I bought a set and installed on my 06 K-9. They have a set made for especially for Big Dog. No adpters needed. When I traded my K-9 I switched them to my 09 Wolf. No problems.

Bought mine Switchblade Pegs in 06 with the adapters. Went to the web site and could not find the adapters. You will have to call.

If you look at the Kuryakyn site, the Big Dog adapters only list certain pegs as being compatible.
That's the reason I called the tech line and asked specifically about SwingWings. The tech said if the pegs aren't listed, then they won't fit due to the different spline shapes.
Fred, the pegs you used aren't on the list but they worked anyway. I wonder if they changed some of the fitments, or maybe the tech didn't know what they were talking about....
As a side note, still trying to get a different peg fit for my wife while retaining the V & H - BR.(Gotta love the long legs:2thumbs Looking at the site, it appears that I may be able to use the 7947 offset mounts rotated slightly up and forward, and the SwingWings will fit above the exhaust.

What are you guys paying for the Kuryakyn pegs.

I haven't checked into it much but we set up with a dist. that sells Kuryakyn.

I don't know what kind of pricing I can offer but I would be interested in doing a comparison.

I installed the switchblade pegs a few months ago and they are great for a short guy like me. They come back about 1 1/2 inches. I sometimes use the switchblade on long trips (over 10 miles lolo). It makes it a lot more comfortable to ride. You can get the adaptor from where you get the pegs from. Just let them know what model/year BigDog you have. They cost about $160 adaptors about $35
