Whats going on here

I'm trying to change the oil in my 02 Pitbull and can't find the dipstick I've done some research and from what I understand it doesn't have one? Does anyone know if that's right? If so how the hell am I supposed to check the oil? Here's a picture from my endoscope looking into the tank

You got it right, no dipstick. They had temp gauge with a stick but not sure if they are still available? This one is on my 04 Pitbull.
