What year makes a BDM Vintage?

Few years back T Mack asked the question about when a Big Dog Motorcycle becomes what could be called a "Vintage" Big Dog Motorcycle.

Now that BDM is 22 years old, curious to hear your thoughts on what year you think our hounds become a Vintage Big Dog, and why.
