What type of jack do you use?

I got my jack from Harbor Freight ( I know, cheap) .... pretty much the same as the Pep Boy. Probably all made by the same manufacture and painted different with different label. If I remember it was like $60....can't quite get the jack under the frame without rolling the back tire onto a 2x6. The kickstand will support it so I can tip and roll the stand under and jack it up without assistance. Getting the bike off the ground 2-3 ft makes it much easier to do anything. A mechanical lock keeps it from relying on the hydraulic.

I found this on sale at Harbor freight for 65.00.
I asked the sales guy if he had any returned for the bottle leaking and he said no, he has never had one returned ever that he can remember. So no more than I need one it should be OK?

The ideal thing for me would have been a jack to use while it is up on the drive on lift, but you can't lift the front because the wheel is cradled in a chock.
I'm going to need to extend my lift some now because my Dog barely fits as it is...
Thanks for all the info.

Insert title here...
I have a Pitbull and one of the Craftsman yellow aluminum jacks. I've used them both on the FatBoy and the K9, there's no comparison... the Pitbull wins hands down for being the most solid and easiest to move the bike around with!!! :2thumbs:

It's just another case of "You get what you pay for..." :)
