Had local BD Dealer install new rear tire, picked bike up got home and brake fluid all over rear wheel. Took bike back to dealer left if for two days they said leak was fixed, brake is now really noisy and now leaking through brake bleeder valve threads, brake rotor is now also badly glazed. Brake was perfect before taking bike in for tire change. What should I do now.

Makes you wonder why they even disconnected the brake line. Or they broke it off removing the wheel.
Either way they are responsible so make them fix it.

I know exactly how you feel. I took mine to the Dealer for an oil leak. They charged me over $300.00. Soon as i got home and parked the bike same leak.
They had kept my bike for almost 2 months. They told me to bring it back which i did. got home still leaking oil. I called Big Dog company. They helped me solve the problem. They sent me a replacement plug for the crank case. Problem solved. Call Big Dog in Kansas they will help you. They go out of their way for Big Dog owners. They even called the dealership on my behalf.
