INSTALLED THE WIRE PLUS, BIKE CRANKED MADE A RUN NO PROBLEM. TRIED TO CRANK BIKE NEXT DAY AND LIGHT GOES OUT WITH KEY ON. PUSH HEAD LIGHT SWITCH COMES BACK ON. NOW STARTER BUTTON WONT WORK. TURNED CLEANED CONTACT ON CONTROL, TURNED KEY ON AND STARTED TURNING OVER WITHOUT TOUCHING STARTER BUTTON! DOES THIS MEAN CIRCUIT BOARD BAD. ANYONE HAD THESE PROBLEMS OR KNOW OF A SOLUTION? THANKS BIG DOGGERS!

You need to test the starter button continuity with an ohm meter. Should be and open circuit until its pressed. I would check all other button functions at the Deutsch connectors to verify correct wiring.

If I am correct,
you have to cycle (off and then on) the power with the key / switch every time you use the stop button to kill the motor. I think there is a reset within the WP module that is performed when you do this. Again, not sure about this.
