It's just as well because a hit that hard had to screw up the frame. The neck could be compromised or the frame twisted. Either way it becomes a major project with little return... and as cobra said if you sell the parts on Ebay you lose almost 20% in fees so if you buy it for $4500 and sold all the parts for $6k you would wind up with just $300 profit for all your work plus you wouldn't sell every part so your profit would be less than that..
