What do these bolts attach to?

Im having trouble getting these 4 bolts off, the first one came off just fine and the rest will turn but don't seem to unthread, they don't turn very easy but I can do it one handed. I can see through the bolts and can see that they're spinning whatever they're attached to. I've had the clutch out before to check the pack but never had this problem and don't remember what exactly is back there that could be out of wack.. I'm hoping someone might be able to tell me what I'm doing wrong or how I can get these off.

Is that a Rivera Open Primary ? I don't remember seeing a BDM clutch that looks like what you have there.

It's the same clutch as in my bike. I think they were used in the 107 bikes. Did you loosen the clutch cable before attempting to remove them?

This is a stock 04 bulldog, 107" I read in the manual That big dog used Rivera clutches starting in 03 or 04 I think it was

I don't think you need to loosen the clutch cable they just hold on the pressure plate if I remember right like 15-20ftlb torque on those. They should come right off I know I've had mine off a few times.

I had a problem with one of my four spinning and had to use a 3/8 impact wrench on it. Hand turning was not fast enough. The Impact got it right off. The stud has a hex head at the back but you can't get to it when installed on the bike. I used blue loctite when going back together b

The impact was my next choice but wasn't sure if it was safe to impact them, thanks for the quick help, I'm going to try that as soon as I get home from work. I'll update once I get home and break out the impact
