Ok heres the deal I feel Ams oil The best by far but cost. I run that in my wife 06 K-9. I have a 04 bull dog I.m running Valoline synethetic. I thought about running Mobil one synthectic but cost more. But I really think Valoline is a better oil would do you think? I did just installed that FLO oil filter on the 04 bull dog That is one trick filter. If you plan to keep your bike get one saves you 15 bucks every oil change.Plus you get better filtering and get to see what your oil looks like also has a magnetic in it. Pretty cool.:flag: Thanks Buster

Ok, I am in this same boat wondering, so I called S&S earlier today and he instantly said when I asked him which oil they recomind,,,,,
"Mobil 1 V-Twin Synthetic 20-50". The guy at the dealership around here says Rev-tec,but as soon as I can get a new filter we are going with,,,
"Mobil 1 V-Twin Synthetic 20-50".

Awe....the old "what is the best oil" question again. :D Ya Know, for several years I used Mobil 1, straight 20w-50, from Wallie Mart. Then one day I saw Mobil 1 V-Twin 20-50 :loony: I asked myself, what's the difference other than twice the price....got a lot of different responses. Some said it is the same stuff and others swear it's not.

Well.....To the credit of some research and BB Chopper, I'm putting in Amsoil 20w-50, engine and primary, and Amsoil Gear 75w-140 in the tranny. WTF....for a few extra bucks and as often as I change it, Why not. :2thumbs:

First, I think you should do a search on this site for "oil". Read all the posts under this search and sometime next week when you're done, report back and tell us what the best oil for our dogs is. Next question? What fluid do you use in your primary?
