Dual runner is the ultimate if you want to spend the bucks.
If you want a little extra performance and like the S&S teardrop style, check these out;

Running spike but making parts to mount the stock (which I got for free from a very friendly member here) onto my chromed XXX tasmanian devil carb.

looks like the spike is very popular, has anyone ran a velocity stack or the k&N velocity stack? Where is the best place to purchase?

I see lots of spikes. My leg rests against the stock filter cover as is. I would think a spike on my bike would be in the way and somewhat uncomfortable. Anybody else encounter that?

I recently got a K&N air filter to replace the stock one, just the regular stock stuff. When I went on the K&N web site it said they didn't have anything. But later found out the K&N Air Filter/ Part # E-3226 fits perfectly. I think , maybe a figment of my imagination, that it seems to give the scooter a little more giddy-up compared to the regular stock round filter.

My K9 came with the Spike and it is really in the way of my right leg. Going to put stock air cleaner back on.
Have been looking at this one. Bought it years ago for my Harley and would not fit stock carb. It's made for S&S. I think it would go good with the lines of the K9. From Custom Chrome.
