Looks like loose front sprocket nut to me...took the splines out on the rotor....Make sure you clean the remaining splines out from the splines of the crank shaft. Most likely they are behind the main seal up against the bearing.

Yes Andrew is correct. The front nut came loose for whatever reason. It was torqued down, no lock tight though. Will be using that for sure now. I am upgrading to a 3 phase system now.
