The parts that you are looking for are near impossible to find. I made a short one for my 2010 Bulldog using a backrest from a Harley Heritage softtail. It's not very tall but serves the purpose of securing a bag

They have this stuff for the 2010 Bulldog? The bagger struts are designed for the bar to be mounted between the bags and outside the strut..
