Vibration crack in headlight housing

Noticed my headlight was just slightly loose right by the bracket, pulled it off to see if I could tighten it and noticed it was riveted on,and had a crack where it met the headlight housing. The bike is still under warranty but unfortunately my local dealer just closed! Warranty issue? Obviously from vibration. Would think this would have been rubber mounted!

Must be new design as the older ones have a bolted on bracket to the bucket.

I had a POS Azure bucket that did the same thing. Get a rubber mounted motor and that shit wont happen
