Quick question all...I've seen a bunch of various ways that people put patches on their vests. Being military, the display of the American Flag is always to the "flag's right". Meaning that from the flag's perspective looking out to the public it will be displayed on the right side. This means as we look at it the flag will be displayed to the left. I assume that this is how it should be when put on a vest.
So my question is stars "in-board" facing the heart or "out-board" as we are used to seeing the flag?
