So I decided to purchase a K&P filter (chrome) for the dawg. I checked several sites, including ebay to determine the best price / product (again, wanted the chrome one).

Value Teck had the best price, by far in some instances, and free shipping. A bargain at any rate! So, I order the item on Tuesday afternoon and lo and behold, before noon today I have it in my hand!

That is quick, no nonsense, shipping. Great service, great price and super fast delivery! Way to go, hat's off to Value Teck.

Me too, and Don is a great guy. I will always buy from him, I never even check the competition anymore, his customer care is a step above, and he is always personable with every purchase I have ever made. :2thumbs: for Don @ Valuetech.

I love that filter by the way got mine 2 days after I bought it.... My Dad uses them on his Airplanes. good enough for that? great for me.... :)

Got my black diamond cut from don a couple of weeks ago. Superfast and the price was cheaper rthan anywhere else. Kudos---Don

Don, I call it the Hot Potato program with most of them. I can give up a quick example: I purchased a leaf blower from Sear (big mistake), had it only a couple of months. Got it out to use it this spring (wouldn't start), called the Sear tech support, they had me jumping through hoops check this and checking that. Then was told I needed to send it off to be repaired. Took it in and they had it two weeks, it came back beat to death and would start but had no power. Now I'm really pissed, told the person at the repair center about it, and its not his problem and I needed to talk with the person who worked on it, BS. I took it into the store and demanded to speak with the manager, they kept telling me he wasn't in and was on vacation. I told them I wasn't leaving until I spoke to someone in charge, finally the asst manager came up to me and ask me what the problem was. I explained it to her and she said that there was no reason for all the hassle. She gave me a new leaf blower and a six-pack of oil for my trouble. Yes the outcome was the same but you take care of the customer before it comes to all of the hassle and throwing the hot potato into someones else's lap because you don't want to handle the problem. Sorry didn't mean to get carried away, but I agree with the rest of the statements. Just buy from Don and you'll never regret it...
