V/H BIG RADIUS BRKT FAILURE ?

So who got the fix for V/H big radius 2 into 2 bracket mine has broken for the 3rd time now:spank: I guess this will push me to new pipes and tryin to weld some 02 bungs in.

You may have to do what I ended up doing with my MLBs. I fabricated a new mount with a rubber grommet setup to reduce vibration. Couple thousand miles so far with no breakage

Well House after our conversation today I'm not sure if they will work. V&H shows a completely different part # for your EFI model.. Here are the pic's

I stand corrected!!!!!!! after saying mine was fine I looked at it tonight when i got home and low and behold............its broke:bang::bang: if it aint one thing its another!!!:cheers:

Well, mine is now broke at the weld. Going to pull it off and re-weld it. I spoke too soon...:confused:

Mine was broke when i bought my K9. took it off and it had two little weld tacks about an inch long on both pieces. I beveled the ends, welded with full beads all the way around, re-painted and now solid as a rock.

Mine brake at the welds too but I can bet its matter of the curves! That BR are so low!
Tips are also smashed.
