V&H baffle ??

hi guys,just installed new V&H 2-1. exhaust is way too quiet. took the baffle out, but was wondering how to punch out the inside of the baffle, for a little back pressure. talked with BIG CITY THUNDER but didnt quite understand it, is their baffle a stand alone insert baffle, or do you use theirs and the factory baffle?? any easier ways?? someone said knock out the insides, then weld back in the center piece. any help would greatly appreciated! ive read every thread on this, but still not clear on this:bang:

I don't have the 2-1 but the big radius V&H. I completely removed my baffles and installed the BCTs. The bike performs great and the sound is unbelievable. The BCTs for the big radius just look like big washer, but they work well.

ok thanks johnnyb. thin maybe i'll send the baffle to 'bigdogtech1' and have him
work it over. thinking it would still be cheaper than BCT hopefully. sounds like andrew has
done a few of these anyway.:2thumbs:

I modified mine per andrews instruction.worked out great and the sound was way better. I would say even alittle more hp.very easy to modify hardest part is getting baffle out. But you'll need a welder and some cuttin tools.good luck
